Webhero is a good hosting company with 10 years of experience. If you're a beginner or an experienced HTML programmer, WebHero's Everything plan provides enough tools necessary to get you started in the ecommerce market. At $4.95 monthly you will be able to host all of your existing domains or create create a new domain for free. However, WebHero.com does not pay for your domain registration or transfer fees, they simply host your sites.

Feature Set:  

WebHero's Everything option offers 5,000 MB of disk storage space per site, 50 GB per month of bandwidth per site, web statistics and daily backups. This plan allows 500 POP3 email account, email forwards, auto-responders and web-based access.

Some of the advanced features included are password protected directories, FrontPage extensions, online trouble tickets, FTP/FrontPage support, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and marketing tools to help you create an ecommerce.

Customer Service:  

Webhero offers three types of 24/7 customer service: the online knowledge base is the first option that WebHero would have you pursue to try to find answers before you call customer service. If you are unsuccessful, you can reach phone support 24 hours a day or you may opt to create an open trouble ticket explaining your problem. If you need to create an open trouble ticket, WebHero provides a link from your control panel. You will be required to re-enter your user name and password.

Control Panel:  

WebHero's control panel is easy to use and provides an assortment of tools to help you manage your account settings. The file manager tool allows you to create, edit, or delete directories. You can also upload files directly from your computer with a maximum of 10 MB per file. Another option in the control panel is the ability to view your web site statistics. They provide an assortment of categories to choose from but they lack the graphical output of our higher ranked products. The control panel provides tools to edit your web site and manage your account.

Overall, WebHero is a good hosting for individuals or business of any size. They provide a variety of tools to create and maintain websites. For the beginner, they provide a site builder that will provide a variety of templates for you to choose from that will allow you to create a site in minutes.
